An operationally oriented controller, Shabnam joined Percel in 1999.  Highly-skilled and experienced, Shabnam manages the day-to-day accounting functions and oversees the accounting staff with focus on supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.  Shabnam drives all financial, accounting and human resources activities being responsible for budget management, inventory control, financial audit, year-end inventory audit, banking, accounts payable and accounts receivable.   Shabnam also oversee oversees payroll and employee benefits.   Shabnam provides property managers with support, tools, resources and information they need to be successful.
