Monthly Reports

At each scheduled monthly board meeting we provide a written management report which includes;

• updates on outstanding items from the last meeting;
• completed issues / results;
• new issues requiring Board input or just for information;
• items for future consideration (management's recommendations); and
• correspondence to/from residents.

In addition to the report, we provide a complete meeting package which includes;

• Notice of meeting (Date, time and location);
• Agenda;
• Minutes of the last board meeting;
• Unaudited monthly financial statements; and
• deficiency report from the building inspection.

Lastly, although the fee is not included within our management fees, we arrange for a recording secretary torecord the minutes of the meeting and provide an electronic copy within 10 days of the completion of the meeting
