Percel's staff design a schedule to ensure that all building maintenance items are replaced, maintained or simply inspected, when they should be instead of when time permits.   This enables us to track every aspect of a property's maintenance program, budget management (vis-a-vis repairs), inventory control, s and resident information. 

Trade Logs
The trade log is a valuable piece of information. Kept in either the on-site management office, the security desk or in the superintendent’s / manager’s possession, the log will track a contractors' time on the property and the nature of the work completed. This information is utilized by the manager to verify correct charges on invoices prior to approval for payment.
