Mary Thorne has established a proven track record with over 29 years of customer service and process improvement skills in condominium management starting in 1990 when she joined Percel. Years of experience have not only given Mary the ability to analyze and interpret the needs of Board members, homeowners and contractors but also offer appropriate solutions to any problems they may have with regards to the community.

Mary has managed high-rise, low-rise and town-home condominiums including multi-corporation residential complexes. Her career has included successful turnover of new Corporations, energy retrofits, interior corridor refurbishments, exterior building envelope restorations, as well as future planning associated with Reserve Fund Studies. She is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and holds a General License with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

Mary continues her excellent contribution to Percel and remains part of the company's exciting future by focusing on Percel’s valued clients with a sense of urgency and follow-through as well as additional support to our property managers.
