Jerry has been with Percel since 2015, and in his role as Accounting Manager, Jerry is responsible for full cycle financial reporting, cash management, and budgeting analysis as well as cash flow forecasting for the portfolio of condominium corporations that Percel services. Theory and practice are full-circle with Jerry’s  previous experience working at a large condominium corporation with a shared facility. Enhancing his knowledge of condominiums, Jerry  holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
