Andrew began his Property Management career in 1988 in the Rental Residential Industry in the GTA.  In 1991 Andrew entered the Condominium Property Management Industry in the GTA.

Since then Andrew has worked for large and small Condominium Property Management Companies.  He has managed Highrise, Low-rise, Townhouses and Semi-Detached Condominiums.  Some of these properties are the highest end Condominiums in the GTA.  Andrew has also managed more challenging lower resale valued Condominiums.  He treats all clients with respect and offers valuable experienced advice.

Andrew has experience with all sorts of successful large projects and has long-term relationships with Condominium Board of Directors, owners and residents.  Andrew is a results-oriented people person who is very approachable with great problem-solving abilities.

Andrew first joined Percel in 2009 and was promoted to Vice President in 2010.

Andrew is a graduate of the George Brown Property Management program which taught all aspects of Property Management.  He is also a graduated from the Humber College / Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) program to earn his Registered Condominium Management (RCM) designation.  Andrew has been an RCM in good standing since 1998.  Andrew earned his General License with The Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) when it was first legislated in 2017 and remains in good standing with the CMRAO
