Percel provides various accounting and financial management services including:

• providing procedures and systems for internal controls in accordance with our ACMO 2000 policy manual;
• opening an Investment Account (with Board's permission) with an Investment Brokerage Firm who can deal with us or the any authorized member of the Board;
• giving our recommendations on Condominium Act approved investment opportunities;
• creating a customized investment policy for each client;
• matching the investments with Form 15 funding plan;
• providing our clients with our standard maintenance fee collection policy;
• providing a pre-authorized payment plan for monthly maintenance fees with no additional fees paid to Percel;
• collecting maintenance fees monthly and preventing any losses by ensuring the collection policy is followed;
• paying all trades within 30 days of receipt of invoice;
• avoiding any late fees on utility bills by paying these within 7 days of receipt and/or registering for Pre-Authorized payment plans on behalf of the Corporation;
• preparing working papers for auditors; and
• providing and procuring appropriate insurance coverage and appraisals.
